| Matracão(Batara cinerea) Giant Antshrike |
A primeira e única vez que fotografei o Matracão, foi a cerca de 50 metros do local onde fiz as fotos que hoje publico. Não sei se é o mesmo pássaro(bem pode ser, já que são bem territoriais, mas quem vai saber). Um pouco mais abaixo, avistei a araponga, um pássaro que ouvia cantar quando, ainda criança, passava minhas férias escolares na casa de minha avó paterna. A mesma casa, onde hoje reside a minha mãe. Só voltei a ouvir o seu canto quando comecei minhas incursões pela região do caledônia. Recentemente fui a um local onde a mata é tão densa e viçosa, que ouvimos verdadeiros duelos entre arapongas. Click!!!
P.S. Nos próximos 12 dias estarei sem substituto nos cuidados com minha mãe. Então, quem não dará as caras por este blog serei eu. Mas nada será em vão, pois estarei, sempre que possível(e possível sempre é) na captura de novas imagens. Até breve.
The first and only time I photographed the Giant Antshrike was about 50 meters from where did the photos public today. I do not know if it's the same bird (well may be, since they are very territorial, but who knows). A little further down, I saw the bell-bird, a bird singing when she heard as a child, I spent my school holidays at the home of my paternal grandmother. The same house where today lies my mother. Just went back to listen to your corner when I started my incursions by the Caledonia region. I recently went to a local where the forest is so dense and lush, we hear real duels between spies.
