Sabiá do banhado(Embernagra platensis) - Great Pampa-finch - Valença(RJ) - 25/02/2016

Depois de fotografar a coruja preta fomos ao Parque Natural Municipal do Açude da Concórdia. Não conseguimos entrar porque estava fechado para visitação. Na porta uma placa indicava que seu funcionamento estava restrito aos finais de semana e feriados. Paciência. O acesso se faz por estrada de terra com passagem praticamente para um só veículo. Há muito pouca vegetação no caminho até a chegada ao parque, onde a mata se torna exuberante. De qualquer maneira, a viagem não foi de todo perdida. Este pássaro era ainda inédito para mim. Foi um bom sinal de que alguma outra surpresa ainda viria. Para um mínimo de duração do vídeo tive que usar de um artifício: inverter a imagem e reduzir a velocidade em 50%. Click!!!

After photographing the black owl went to the Municipal Natural Park of Concord Dam. I could not get in because it was closed to visitors. At the door a sign indicated that its operation was restricted to weekends and holidays. Patience. Access is by dirt road passing just to one vehicle. There is very little vegetation on the way to the arrival to the park, where the forest becomes exuberant. Either way, the trip was not entirely lost. This bird was still unheard of for me. It was a good sign that some other surprise was to come. For a minimum video length had to use a trick: flip the image and reduce the speed by 50%.Click !!!
