João teneném (Synallaxis spixi) - Spix's Spinetail - Itacaré(BA) - 14/12/2014

Já descrevi o local de nossa primeira parada do dia 14 de dezembro. Um ponto na estrada para Taboquinhas onde a mata fora picada para passagem de cabos elétricos. Embora dois pássaros (o papa formiga pardo e o João teneném) estivessem dividindo o mesmo espaço no mesmo momento, tivemos que optar pela espécie da qual ainda não tinhamos nenhum registro decente. O João teneném não parece ter ficado aborrecido com o fato de ter sido relegado a segundo plano. Entretanto, depois de apenas dois clicks, bateu em retirada. Paciência.

I described the location of our first stop on the 14th of December. A point on the road to Taboquinhas where the forest chopped off for passage of electrical cables.
