Reserva Natural da Vale - 19 de novembro de 2014 - Area Restrita - 14 horas

Na tarde do dia 19 de novembro adentramos a área restrita da reserva. Florestas como aquela parecem imersas em uma atmosfera especial. Aqueles mais sensíveis poderão sentir nitidamente as linhas que delimitam aquele ser que, como nós, respira e transpira, propagando os sons de seu pulsar incessante.

A hora para fotografar seus habitantes alados não era a melhor. Sabíamos disso muito bem, mas como resistir a este primeiro contato? Ouvimos muito de sua magnífica sinfonia, traduzida pelos sons de seus habitantes. Ouvimos o cricrió, o cabeça encarnada, o surucuá, o de coleira e o grande de barriga amarela, alem de tantos outros que não conseguimos identificar.

O quantitativo fotográfico daquela tarde foi pífio, como esperado, mas o prazer de estar ali, insuperável. Nos cartões de memória, registros de Guaxes, caneleiro de chapéu preto, caneleiro bordado e arirambas de cauda ruiva.

Por volta das 17 horas nós voltamos ao hotel. Nos seus arredores algumas surpresas ainda nos aguardavam. Quem viver, verá.

Reserva Natural Vale - November 19, 2014 - Restricted Area - 14 hours

On the afternoon of November 19 we enter the restricted area of the reserve. Forests like that seem immersed in a special atmosphere. Those most sensitive can clearly feel the lines demarcating that being who, like us, breathes and sweats, spreading the sounds of their ceaseless throb.

The time to shoot their winged inhabitants was not the best. We knew that very well, but how to resist this first contact? We hear much of its magnificent symphony, translated by the sounds of its inhabitants. We heard the Screaming Piha, the Red-headed Manakin, trogon, the collared and the White-tailed, in addition to many others who can not identify.

The quantitative photographic that afternoon was insignificant, as expected, but the pleasure of being there, unsurpassed. In our memory cards, records of Red-rumped Cacique, Black-capped Becard,  Crested Becard  and Rufous-tailed Jacamar.

Around 17 hours we returned to the hotel. Its surroundings still some surprises waiting for us. Who live, will see.
