Juruva verde(Baryphthengus ruficapillus) - Rufous-capped Motmot - Fotos e Vídeo - PN Itatiaia(RJ) - 23/06/2015

 Faz tempo que tenho encontros com esta espécie, cuja beleza é de tirar o fôlego. Pode até não ser o mesmo pássaro de outros encontros, mas o lugar tem sido sempre o mesmo. Eu não quero fazer uso do flash, apesar de estar sempre no sombrio emaranhado de bambus vizinho ao hotel do Ypê. Sempre que passo por ali, ouço sua vocalização e não me contenho em tentar avistá-lo em melhores condições. Ainda não aconteceu, mas é uma questão de tempo e de persistência. Aguardem. Click!!!

Long time have encounters with this species, whose beauty is breathtaking. It may not even be the same bird of other meetings, but the place has always been the same.
