Pitiguari (Cyclarhis gujanensis) - Rufous-browed Peppershrike - Nova Friburgo(RJ) - 12/06/2014

Há algum tempo fotografei-o em Pedro do Rio, próximo a Petrópolis-RJ. A foto ficou impublicável. Posteriormente, voltei a encontrá-lo em Teodoro de Oliveira, dentro do Parque Estadual dos Três Picos, em Nova Friburgo-RJ. Mais uma vez, o fotógrafo decepcionou. Desta vez, embora as fotos não confiram ao pássaro a sua real beleza, ouso publicá-las. É óbvio que a graça de tudo isso é permanecer no encalço de melhores momentos. Ainda vai acontecer.

Some time ago I photographed it in Pedro do rio, near Petrópolis-RJ. The photo was unprintable. Later, I returned to find it in Teodoro de Oliveira, within the Três Picos State Park, in Nova Friburgo-RJ. Again, the photographer disappoint. This time, although the photos do not give the bird its real beauty, I dare to publish them. It is obvious that the grace of it all is to stay on the heels of better times. Still going to happen.
